Are you bored of the same old cardio workout like running on the treadmill, biking, or step ups? There’s nothing wrong with your old regular cardio but spicing it up injects new life and muscle confusion into your old workouts.

In this video, you will discover 6 beginner/intermediate cardio footwork drills you can add to any home workout. These cardio footwork drills are also excellent at burning calories for fat loss and conditioning your cardiovascular system.

Varying the speed and duration will definitely bring it up to a hiit style of workout.

Perform each exercises for 60-90s with minimal rest in between exercises. Do 3-5 sets for a full cardio workout!
