Getting fit again would be straight forward if all it entailed was to move more. And as important as it is to exercise, you also want to ensure you’re prepping your body to get fit again with the right types of foods. This doesn’t mean you have to go on a strict healthy diet right away.

If you’ve packed in a few extra pounds while working from home, you’re in good company. But overhauling you diet is stressful and easy. So in today’s video, I wanted to share 3 types of foods which is essential to turning your eating habits around on your schedule. This may not be new to some of you but hopefully it’s a good reminder to tweak your foods and rebuild a solid foundation for eating.

Building you meals around protein and fiber will definitely help you towards keeping the extra fat off. And adding in water will give you a well rounded plan to achieve your desired physique. Nutrition plays an important role in living healthier and leaner.
