When you lift your arms, do you feel pain in your shoulder, that may be shoulder impingement. Shoulder impingement is common but if not addressed properly, this could lead to tendon tears or rotator cuff tears.

In this video I share with you a shoulder impingement self test and the exercises to improve and prevent your shoulder pain. You will discover my 3 step process I personally use to help many of my clients to address their shoulder pains. But first you need to find the origin of the pain. As you may not have shoulder impingement but another underlying cause. And once you do, you can design your own self treatment plan for your pain. But before you attempt self treatment, I would recommend seeing you family physician to get a thorough diagnosis.

Perform each exercise slowly to engage all your stabilizing muscles. Slow tempo will help with strength and muscle endurance. This is important for pain prevention.
