Muscles pains continue to creep up as you and I get older. One way to keep the inflammation lower and help reduce muscle pains is eating anti-inflammatory foods.

In this video I bring you into my own home and show you what types of foods which include anti-inflammatory properties. These are foods we usually eat weekly and happen to be beneficial for muscle pains. And it can all be picked up at your local grocery store. But this isn’t an eat a healthy video as you will discover 😉

Find foods which you enjoy eating and find out the benefits of your food. If you like certain foods and they have high anti-inflammatory properties, these may help you reduce and irritations and muscle pains. Consult your family physician if you are thinking about changing up your diet.
