If you’re new to strength training, isometric exercises are great way to build strength especially for beginners.
WHY?
With isometric exercises, you don’t need any equipment and are ideal for a home workout. So you don’t need a gym membership or any fancy equipment. You can start with bodyweight isometric exercises which are low impact and help to recruit and build lean muscle fibers through continuous muscle contractions. Isometric exercises are stationary exercises with little to no movement and the muscles are under constant tension. In most cases, hold the movement until fatigue. I recommend 3-5 sets. Using isometric exercises to change up your home workout routine will give you additional options to build strength and muscle mass.
In today’s video, I share with you a variety of isometric exercises you can do right now at home.
If intimidated by strength training or been out of the exercise game for awhile, then this is definitely the video for you to 👀 watch. I guarantee you will feel stronger by doing these exercises.
