Isometric exercises is an underrated way to help build muscle strength. When most people think about strength training, they think about what type of equipment to use. And although, you can absolutely use some equipment for isometric exercises, you don’t need to and still improve strength performance.

These exercises are ideal for beginners as it requires no equipment, little to no movements and low impact. Isometric exercises are a great way to help build a solid foundation of muscle strength.
