In this video I share with you a few items we usually buy and they just so happen to have beneficial anti-inflammatory properties.

Foods you consume can have direct affects on your joint pain. You may be surprised with the food in your home and how this could help or aggravate your muscle and joint pains. Plus most of the food with anti-inflammatory properties are more whole and natural foods. And this is great for your healthy and body all around.

Your diet is an import factor for your health of your body. Complete it with a proper mobility routine to keep your joints healthy, strong and pain free.
