Mobilizing the muscles around your shoulder and contracting the stabilizing muscles will help prevent and relieve shoulder pain. Use these exercises daily and complete your routine with additional shoulder stretching exercises to ensure your shoulder maintains good health.

The video will give you your initial start of strengthening your rotator cuff and shoulder joint. Consult your physician or physiotherapist if you experience further pain or to begin these exercises.
