Tweak your workouts with a resistance loop band. A loop band is a small resistance band in a form of a small loop. You need to increase stress to your muscles and make the muscle chain work harder.

In this video, I am going to show you how to use a resistance loop band to increase strength and tone your body. Using a portable piece of equipment like the loop band will enhance your exercise and give you more options for your regular workouts. This will show you examples of how a resistance loop band can be used.

  • Squat with Loop Band
  • Clam Shell with Loop Band
  • Plank with Loop Band

I recommend targeting 12-15 reps and 2 sets. If you find this too difficult in the beginning, aim for 8-10 reps. Focusing on strength training will definitely help to lower body fat as well as maintain stable joint strength and prevent pain.
