Having a regular mobility routine is a proven way to help reduce pain and prevent injury in your muscles and joints. One thing technique you can definitely include in your mobility routine is self massage. In this video, I show some self massage techniques using a simple homemade tool.

Let’s face it. When you’re in pain, you just want to get some relief. And sometimes you just can’t get to a massage therapist. Self massage is a great way to help you relieve stiffness, tightness and pain. There are also many varieties of tools which can help you accelerate that process.
