Raise your hands 🙌 if your back strains or hips and knees crack when you get up and down.

You’re not alone, I’m also there with you. A lot of wear and tear happens when you’re middle aged and a parent. So for the month of May, it’s self care month. Today’s video is all about lower body mobility, specifically your hip and legs and a glance at the lower back.

I know you don’t want to be in pain. I don’t want to be in pain. So let’s all move around pain free 😁. I know, it’s probably not realistic but that doesn’t mean you can’t improve your mobility and feel great afterwards.

So follow along and do this mobility routine in front of the tv or after you wake up or right before a workout. You’ll definitely feel the impact in a positive way!

Pro Tip: Perform these mobility exercises daily and as slow as you can for a minute or two. Do 3-5 rounds.
