- 1) Double Hand Kettlebell Swing
- 2) Kettlebell Goblet Squat
- 3) Kettlebell Pullover Leg Drop
Start with lower reps and weight when you’re getting back into your workouts. Aim for 30 kettlebell swings (60 seconds), 15 kettlebell goblet squats and 15 kettlebell pullover leg drops
