Key tips to ensure success.
- Have realistic expectations. Most people fail to get any results because they expect to see big noticeable results in a month. Yes, some noticeable external results will happen for some. For the majority, the results will be internal more than external. But I assure you, the external results are guaranteed to come.
- Eat properly and consistently. Many of you who begin a new exercise program tend to change habits of eating. Being aware of what you are consuming is a good thing. Going into a restrictive diet is not. I will be giving more tips and strategies throughout your journey in emails and my facebook group.
- Be honest. If you find yourself struggling to keep consistent with this program, it’s ok. You can always switch to the 6 week plan. This compressed plan may be more than you can handle right now. But it doesn’t mean you’re failing, especially if you have followed some of it.
- Believe in yourself and the system. The reason why you’re doing this is you’re tired of the way you look around your waistline. You’re lacking energy and everything you’ve tried before has lead you to hear. The system is not the norm and norm hasn’t worked for you. Stay open minded and committed.
