A lot of you have been mentioning how the uncertainty in your family and work life has been overloading your body with stress. In particular, it’s isolated to your upper back, shoulders and neck. It feels like everything is tense and stiff.

I hear ya and I can totally relate. 

Home schooling, running a small business and juggling a new born (not literally) is taking a toll on my body and mind. 

So I’m declaring this month, Self Care May, to making my body feel great again!  In my latest Youtube video, I’m going to share with you a few effective at home upper body mobility exercises you can do right now to help release tension and feel amazing. This video will focus on 3 areas of your upper body, shoulders, pectorals and muscles around your thoracic spine.
